The Team Clinical Manager (TCM) is responsible for the operations of the clinical team by providing daily oversight to the clinical, management, quality and business activities. The TCM facilitates the management of clinical practice and patient care delivery through problem-solving and collaboration with peers, under the direction of the Director and the Chief Nursing Officer.
Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing OR enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program within 6 months AND obtain a BSN within 4 years of hire date into RN position. Previous signed BSN commitment letter OR grandfathering will be accepted between departments and Mission Health entities. Exemptions may be approved with CNO System Council approval.
Preferred Education: Master's in Nursing
Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON.Certificate: BLS Healthcare Provider
Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recent, relevant post-acute or hospital experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
Preferred Experience: Previous supervisory experience. Inpatient hospice experience.
CarePartners Rehabilitation Hospital is an 80-bed inpatient post-acute care hospital that has been providing rehabilitation care since 1939. Formerly known as “Thoms”, we are recognized across the Southeast as a leading provider of physical medicine and rehabilitation services. Our Nursing and CNA staff work very closely with physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapists among others. Our primary goal is always to get the patient back to the highest level of independence (and hopefully back home) and the average patient stay is 2 to 3 weeks. Our primary patient population have usually suffered from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, traumatic fractures and injuries (like after car accidents), spinal cord injuries, and geriatric debilitation.
