Role Summary: The Director of Behavioral Health Operations will work closely with the VP, BH and the Nurse leader to execute on the vision and strategic plan. This includes internal coordination across all areas for successful and sustainable implementation. As a member of the management team, she/he participates in planning, policy development, priority setting, creating efficient and effective processes. A highly organized individual able to manage multiple projects. The director will have full operational responsibilities for departments/initiatives assigned by supervising executive.
Required Education: Master's Degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or other hospital related field
Preferred License: Current license to practice in the State of North Carolina, (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist); If candidate holds a nursing degree, must hold a valid North Carolina Nursing License
Required Experience: Five years' experience in hospital management
Preferred Experience: Five years' experience in behavioral health
