Overview

 

CarePartners Internal Staffing is seeking a Full Time CNA for the internal staffing pool who is interested in working in multiple areas in Home Health.

 

This position will see patients in the home in rural areas such as Mitchell, Yancey, McDowell, and eastern Buncombe counties. This CNA will float through Home Health needs in these areas as well as PACE Homecare. Paid mileage including.

It also means working closely with caregivers and families to ensure that everyone is getting the support they need.

Our Certified Nursing Assistants work in the staffing agency through at least two different service lines each month.

 

 

Position Summary

 

Under the direction of the licensed nurse, performs basic nursing care and personal care activities to patients according to their scope of practice, identified by the North Carolina Nurse Aide I or II Registry; unless the skill or task is not allowed for practice by a Certified Nursing Assistant at Mission Hospitals.

 

Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; completion of CNA+4 training within 90 days of hire

 

Required License: Must have and maintain current listing with Division of Facility Services as NA-I or II. Must have and maintain current basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification.

 

Preferred Experience: Hospital or Nursing Home
