Job Summary: Coordinates the work flow of department leadership and administrative staff by providing administrative and secretarial support.

Required Education: Associate degree in secretarial sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Preferred Education: Bachelors degree preferred.

Required License: None.

Preferred License: Notary public.

Required Experience: Three or more years of progressive administrative, office management or executive secretarial experience.

Preferred Experience: Experience in health related field to include strong ability to take minutes, compose letters, transcribe dictation, use standard office equipment and operation of a personal computer. Working knowledge of medical terminology also helpful.
