Part-time Benefitted Position
JOB SUMMARY: Provides support to MHP practices in order to enhance network performance. Work may include EMR optimization, disease registry management, data extraction, performance monitoring, workflow optimization, project management, quality improvement training, and change management training
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Health IT related field.
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Clinical training

PREFERRED LICENSE: CMA, LPN, or RN
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Three years of relevant experience, with specific emphasis in continuous improvement, physician relations, customer service, systems analysis, informatics, working with outside consultants, group leadership and facilitation, interpersonal communication, team building. Personal computer (Microsoft Office) knowledge and proficiency. Knowledge of management principles and techniques, problem-solving methodologies and analytical techniques. Knowledge of basic statistics, data analysis, and graphical display of information. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Other required abilities: critical thinking, flexibility, ability to serve as a change agent, ability to provide encouragement and to stimulate innovative thinking under adverse conditions and short deadlines.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Strongly prefer candidates with experience in primary care setting and understanding of how primary care practices operate. Experience with meaningful use, PQRS, PCMH are desired.
