Job Summary: Observes telemetry monitors continuously, recognizes and documents rhythm tracings and also continuously monitors Cerner Patient Observer 'CPO,' recognizes patient movement and proactively alerts nurses and other care givers in an effort to prevent adverse events including: patient falls, patient elopement, patient safety and visitor monitoring. This is a PRN level 3 position working 2 nights per pay period and 3 holidays per year.
Required Education: High School diploma or GED.
Preferred Education: BS degree or above

Required Experience: Previous experience in a health care environment.
Preferred Experience: Pervious experience in telemetry monitoring or a completion of a dysrhythmia course.
