Responsible for the operational function of Linen throughout the Health System. This includes the direction of the following functions for the Health System: Inventory Control, Utilization, and Linen Distribution. Develops and implements goals and strategies that support the strategic plan and objectives of Mission Health. Insures that customer service levels are exceptional and continually directs improvements to supply chain processes. Foster an environment of participation, teamwork, and professional growth among division staff. Will lead improvement activities to insure Mission Health has a world-class supply chain. Will lead efforts in system implementation, integration, educating users, and improving supply chain processes across the Health System and its affiliates.
Required Education: Associate's Degree or 4 years of Healthcare leadership experience
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required License: NC driver license
Preferred License: CDL license
Required Experience: 3 years' experience in Laundry/ Supply Chain processes and a working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, Word)
Preferred Experience: Demonstrated Implementation / project management experience and a working knowledge of Linen Software.
