Job Summary: Interprets and evaluates appropriateness of patient medication regimens. Focus in anticoagulation management and primary care medication management with physician oversight. Communicates drug information to all customers and provides pharmaceutical care.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
Preferred Education: A residency in ambulatory care and/or Pharm.D. degree is preferred
Required License: An active license to practice in North Carolina, or eligible to become licensed in North Carolina within 60 days
Preferred Experience: Previous ambulatory experience and/or ambulatory pharmacy residency is desirable
