Job Summary: Manage all aspects of the facility scope, quality, schedule and cost of major facility projects, including projects over $2 million, through the stages of conceptual development, facility programming, budgeting, design, construction and occupancy.  Other projects assigned as needed.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience.

Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, construction, architecture or related field.

Required License: None

Preferred License: None

Required Experience: 5 years experience in complex facility design or construction management as contractor, designer or owner's representative
