CarePartners Rehabilitation Hospital is an 80-bed inpatient post-acute care hospital that has been providing rehabilitation care since 1939. Formerly known as “Thoms”, we are recognized across the Southeast as a leading provider of physical medicine and rehabilitation services. Our Nursing and CNA staff work very closely with physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapists among others. Our primary goal is always to get the patient back to the highest level of independence (and hopefully back home) and the average patient stay is 2 to 3 weeks. Our primary patient population have usually suffered from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, traumatic fractures and injuries (like after car accidents), spinal cord injuries, and geriatric debilitation.
