This is a third shift position!
Performs various maintenance tasks to insure a safe and functional environment. Monitors construction and renovation projects.
Required Education: High School Graduate or (4-years) Equivalent experience working in the capacity of general maintenance.
Required License: If applying for a position within a member hospital (Mission/St. Joseph, McDowell Hospital, Care Partners, Angel Medical Center, Blue Ridge Regional, Highland-Cashiers, Transylvania) then you will not be expected to drive a fleet vehicle and do not need a NC driver's license. If you are working with the Regional Facility Maintenance crew or the Central Region then you must have a valid NC driver's license or procure one within 30 days of employment unless an out-of-state commuter, at least two years of satisfactory driving experience and be at least 21 years of age to meet the Mission Health established insurance guidelines.
Preferred License: None
Required Experience: 1-year in a general maintenance capacity.
Preferred Experience: General equipment or building maintenance.
