The RCD Coordinator is responsible for gathering Medicare documentation for uploading and submitting into the electronic CMS portal for the identified agency RCD choice required for reimbursement. The coordinator will monitor submitted documentation for obtaining affirmation rates, UTN's, and additional necessary documentation requests. The coordinator will receive phone calls from intermediary Medicare reviewer (Palmetto) and facilitate as appropriate. The coordinator will collaborate amongst all home health offices/teams, clinicians, billing, referral sources, orders management, etc.
Required Education: High School Graduate
Preferred Education: Associates Degree
Preferred License: CNA or LPN
Required Experience: Demonstrates leadership and analytical skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience: Minimum of 3 years of directly related work experience in healthcare. Qualified Spanish speaking applicants encouraged to apply.
